Please let me know as soon as possible if you don’t think baby will be well enough for their cake smash photoshoot. We can postpone their birthday photoshoot for another day.

Our cakes are professionally made Vegan and nut free just in case of un-realised allergies. Our cake designer also ensures that the cake design matches the theme of the photoshoot perfectly so you don’t need to worry about it.

Although referred to as ‘Cake Smash photography,’ our goal extends beyond just capturing the birthday element; we aim to update your family portraits and capture some lovely individual baby portraits too. Everyone loves to get involved and enjoy the Cake smash along with your baby.

Prepare spare clothing for all participants, considering that newborn baby photography sessions can be a bit messy. While the focus of the mess is ideally limited to the babies’ needs, accidents can happen. Pack your regular baby outing essentials, though rest assured, I have duplicates of most necessities in case anything is overlooked. Feel free to bring along any special items that hold significance for you and your family, such as cherished teddy bears or beloved blankets. Your unique touches contribute to the personal and heartfelt nature of the images we’ll create together during the session.

To secure your session slot, I’ll send a 50% invoice for your chosen package. This needs to be paid as early as possible to hold your chosen date for you. The week before your Cake Smash photoshoot, the final  invoice will be issued, requiring payment before the session’s commencement. 2-6 weeks after your photoshoot, I’ll show you your gallery so you can pick your favourites and upgrade you package if you so choose. Our gallery viewing session encompasses not only image choices but also showcases wall art, frames, and other selections. All payments, including upgrades and products, occur through card transactions at this meeting.
